Harmony Music was a Scandinavian-American record label, whose owner was John Lindberg. The company was based in Oakland, California and operated from the 1940s through the 1970s. The Harmony catalog included a wide range of music: sacred, classical, folk, popular, instrumental and comedy. Vocal numbers were sung in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish and English.
This page has thirty-two Harmony recordings of sacred, vocal and instrumental music. The Swedish gospel singer Lapp-Lisa released "Barnatro" on the Harmony label, but a different version of the song appears on this page. Harmony recordings of comic songs by Hans Berggren, Ragnar Hasselgren and Yumpalong Yanson can be accessed by clicking on the "Amerikansk skivmärke" keywords.
